This course is for students with no previous playing experience (0-1 year of experience). Students will choose to play the violin, viola, cello,drums, trumpet, clarinet, flute, bass, etc. No previous music reading experience is necessary. Developing academic, cognitive, and social skills needed for success in life. Develop confident, contributing members and future leaders of the community.
RegisterThis course is for students with at least one year of string instruction. The purpose of this course is to continue to develop playing skills and related non-playing concepts. Advanced string students may be placed in this performing group with teacher approval. Participation in performances beyond regular Sunstate Orchestral Program hours is a required part of this course.Developing academic, cognitive, and social skills needed for success in life. Creating engaged, contributing members of society and future leaders. Only string instruments.
