Little Mozart Orchestra


This course is for students with no previous playing experience (0-1 year of experience). Students will choose to play the violin, viola, cello,drums, trumpet, clarinet, flute, bass, etc. No previous music reading experience is necessary. Developing academic, cognitive, and social skills needed for success in life. Develop confident, contributing members and future leaders of the community.

Little Mozart Strings Orchestra- Level Debut


This course is for students with at least one year of string instruction. The purpose of this course is to continue to develop playing skills and related non-playing concepts. Advanced string students may be placed in this performing group with teacher approval. Participation in performances beyond regular Sunstate Orchestral Program hours is a required part of this course.Developing academic, cognitive, and social skills needed for success in life. Creating engaged, contributing members of society and future leaders. Only string instruments.

Little Mozart Symphonic Orchestra- Level


This course is for students with at least one year of string instruction or other symphonic instrument. The purpose of this course is to continue to develop playing skills and related non-playing concepts. Advanced string students may be placed in this performing group with teacher approval. Participation in performances beyond regular Sunstate Orchestral Program hours is a required part of this course.Developing academic, cognitive, and social skills needed for success in life. Creating engaged, contributing members of society and future leaders. Full orchestra.

Tampa Bay Sinfonietta Diversity Orchestra


Project Inclusion of Sunstate Orchestral Program – Project Inclusion is Tampa Bay Sinfonietta Diversity Orchestra groundbreaking program where talent and mentorship converge to develop diverse and emerging musicians. The program was created help eliminate institutional bias due to factors such as ethnicity, race, and socioeconomic status has since broadened to tackle matters of diversity and inclusion from every angle. Today, Project Inclusion offers special multifaceted, professional development fellowships to orchestral and ensemble musicians.
